If, after investigation, it is confirmed that no financial damage was caused to the broker and no withdrawal was made from the account, the broker may, at its sole discretion, return the client’s initial deposit. This is a case-by-case decision and not a guaranteed right.
Limitation of Liability
Liyan Broker shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from market volatility, technical issues, execution delays, or user-side connectivity failures. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these risks.
