How to download Liyan cTrader
After signing up, according to your operation system in use you can download your preferred version and start using Liyan cTrader. Liyan Technical team is consistently looking after developing it’s technical infrastructure and to create the best possible customer experienced.
With the web option you won’t need to download it as it will open on a new tab. If you prefer the Desktop version, then with cTrader Desktop it will automatically download it and you will need to install it on your device.

cTrader vs MT4
- cTrader’s user interface is very intuitive and hence those who are used to it find it difficult to switch to other platforms. But this will depend on the preferences of the trader and whether a smoother interface is preferred to some of the additional features MT4 provides.
- Market depth: cTrader provides 3 different options for market depth assessment, which provides a comprehensive picture of market depth, whereas MT4 only provides one.
On the other hand, some of the reasons why users prefer MT4 over cTrader relates to:
- Customisation: Indicators can be fully customised by any users on MT4(doesn’t need to understand a programming language). But cTrader doesn’t provide this feature making it more limited.
